To gain access to your shiny new Content Library (also referred to as “Tariff”) in Maritz’ Viper Portal and begin streamlining your proposal content management with Maritz, you must first pay a one-time setup fee as originally outlined in the Viper for Maritz Suppliers webpage.
Costs for Suppliers
If you are a DMC that already has your own Viper portal, there is no cost for you to use the Maritz Viper Portal. If you are not already a Viper-using DMC, the costs are outlined below.
One-time Setup Fee: $99. Covers setting up your portal user(s), profile, and Content Library.
Subscription Fee: $25 per-month, or $250 per-year if paid annually. Covers access to your Content Library, your insurance documents and information, Content Library reports, support, hosting, and data storage (your card will be charged automatically after initial invoice).

Interested in a customized Viper Portal for your business?
Note that the Maritz Viper Portal only uses a fraction of the functionality included with a complete Viper installation for DMCs and MICE companies. If you choose to adopt Viper in the future for your business, your one-time setup fee for the Maritz Portal will be credited towards the one-time setup fee for your Viper Portal.
