ViperVendor is seamlessly integrated into Viper, allowing DMCs to send requests and confirmations to vendors from within Viper. No need for users to put together disjointed emails and spreadsheets — they can automate requests based on the products and services they’ve proposed to their clients.
Process
As you build Costings in Viper, your list of potential vendors is automatically created. When the time comes to request couresy holds or confirmations, you can send availability requests with just a couple clicks. As the program start date nears, you can send confirmations to vendors and as program changes are made, you can send change requests to vendors.

For Vendors using ViperVendor
ViperVendor is an easy to use web-based app that allows Vendors to respond quickly and accurately to Viper-using DMCs. All messages, requests, confirmations, changes, cancellations and instructions from DMCs are tracked through the ViperVendor Dashboard so all activity can be viewed in a single place.
Process
When DMCs send you an availability request, you’ll receive a detailed email notification and you can login to your ViperVendor Dashboard to repond with Courtesy Hold, Confirmation, Not Available, or Message Only (if you need to clarify certain details of the reqest). All correspondence from multiple DMCs can be tracked through your ViperVendor Dashboard.
